We follow the Ugandan Curriculum as designed by the National Curriculum Development Centre, but with a blend of international elements. We have ensured that our learners get the best from every teaching session. Our classes are designed with child friendly colored walls and furniture to align well with their age and interests, allowing children to have sharp and concentrated grasping capacity while in class. We have Open Days every month for parents to see what the children at Nursery Level are doing at school because we understand that some times its important to see where the money goes – so our Nursery section is a Home away from Home.
Nursery Section: Children in these classes are usually in the age group 3 -6 years which are the formative ages of a child. This section helps in laying the foundation for future academic growth and Learning, we therefore pay extra emphasis on giving them the best. At Bavaria schools, all educational activities at this level are done for the development of Communication, Social and Cognitive Skills. Our bright and airy classrooms with a balance teacher to learners ratio ensure that every child is given the attention they need. Each child is given access to a Kids learning Tab to allow them play games as they learn plus aiding them in word sound identifications and more.

Learning Tabs
At this stage, children are now very conversant with writing, reading, questioning, memorization, identification, understanding and more.
This is a stage where we make computer use become a fully fledged class room lesson with hands on experience for every child. We take children in useful training on computer use from scratch – parts assemby, switching on, checking elements, typing, sound checks up to switching off. We supplement this by using Videos and live streams for Mini theory-lessons, ensuring that our students see what they learn in real time. All this knowledge is later tested through our International Zoom Partner Schooling with our partner schools in Germany where our kids can now put into practice what they studied in theory and practical where they now have an opportunity to interact with fellow students from Germany once a month via Zoom. We teach the students how to start these basic video meetings and so on. This is aimed at creating an international digital culture whereby our children can compete internationally.

Digital Learning
Our students are entitled to a balanced diet. We pay extra attention that our students eat good health foods. Our students are offered with break fast, lunch and evening tea for full day learners. We also take into consideration the various eating allergies, to cater for learners that are vegetarian or who do not drink milk by providing them with special meals daily.
Besides our van, parents who are able to pick their children are encouraged to do so but for those who are unable – we have an arrangement with a transport company that enters into a contract with us to do this job on a daily basis. The fares are dependent on the length of the journey and whether it involves pick up in the morning and evening drops.
